HUBRUM ermutigt alle Mitarbeiter, Bedenken zu \u00e4u\u00dfern oder Informationen weiterzugeben, die sich auf Fehlverhalten, illegale Praktiken oder unethisches Verhalten beziehen, von denen sie bei ihrer Arbeit erfahren. Dies schlie\u00dft alle Umst\u00e4nde ein, die zu einem erh\u00f6hten Risiko f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen. Das Whistleblowing-Verfahren von HUBRUM ist so konzipiert, dass es f\u00fcr Arbeitnehmer einfach ist, Informationen zu melden, ohne Vergeltungsma\u00dfnahmen bef\u00fcrchten zu m\u00fcssen.
